Breathwork with Irina

A space to breathe, soften, remember yourself.

Breathwork entered Irina’s life organically — a natural extension of the space she was already holding through yoga, sound and meditation. Over time it became one of the most powerful modalities she offers, especially for those navigating fast-paced careers, emotional overwhelm, chronic stress, or moments of deep transition.

Most of her clients come to breathwork for exactly the same reason:

to find relief from the pace of life, to reconnect with themselves, and to access a clarity that feels out of reach in daily routines.

Whether in Zürich, online, within a retreat, or in an intimate one-to-one session, Irina’s breathwork is a grounded, intuitive and deeply human experience.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Irina’s primary technique is Conscious Connected Breath (CCB) — a rhythmic, continuous breathing pattern that gently opens the body, moves stagnant emotions, and restores the nervous system.

CCB can support:

Irina does not work in a formulaic way.

Her sessions are highly intuitive and responsive — listening to what your system needs in the moment.

Who Is This Work For?

Irina supports a wide range of clients, but many share similar stories:

  • High-performing professionals who feel overwhelmed or burnt out

  • People navigating emotional transitions or feeling stuck

  • Individuals who “can’t switch off”

  • Those seeking rest, clarity, and connection after years of stress

  • Clients who need a safe, gentle space to process what their bodies have been holding

Whether you’re new to breathwork or experienced, her approach meets you exactly where you are.

A Blended Approach:

Breath as Medicine

Although trained in modern CCB through Alchemy of Breath (where she is also part of the assisting community), Irina weaves in many techniques from the Eastern traditions she learned in India — especially Pranayama, which she considers the true source of life and vitality.

During a session, she may use:

  • softening pranayamas to calm an overactive mind

  • warming or activating breath for clients experiencing stagnation

  • grounding techniques for anxiety

  • gentle rhythmic patterns to help emotional release

  • preparatory or integration breath to support the full arc of the experience

Each session becomes a personalised journey, guided by intuition, presence, and the needs of your body on that particular day.

What to Expect in a Session

Each session begins with:

During the session, you are guided through a fluid blend of conscious connected breath, pranayama and energetic support.

Afterwards, Irina offers grounding, integration and space for reflection.
Many clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, softer and more attuned to themselves.

Types of Breathwork Sessions

1. One-to-One Breathwork

A deeply personal session designed around your unique energetic, emotional and nervous-system landscape.

Irina tunes into what your body is asking for — whether spaciousness, release, regulation or clarity — and guides you through a tailored breath journey that meets you exactly where you are.

These one-to-one sessions are ideal for periods of transition, emotional processing, burnout recovery, or when you feel something within you is ready to shift.

They offer a safe, intimate container for breakthroughs, reconnection, and genuine inner change.

2. Group Breathwork Sessions

Shared breathwork can be profoundly connecting — even without speaking.

Irina’s group sessions, held online or in Zürich, create an atmosphere of grounded support where participants naturally settle into a rhythm together.

The collective energy amplifies the work, helping people feel less alone in what they’re experiencing, while still giving each person the privacy of their own internal process.

Gentle guidance, intuitive pacing and a steady, calm presence make these sessions accessible for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.

3. Breathwork on Retreats

At Irina’s retreats in Bali, Greece, India, and Zürich, breathwork becomes one of the central practices that anchor the entire journey.

Surrounded by nature and removed from daily responsibilities, participants often drop into deeper layers of themselves with ease.

Breathwork clears emotional residue, opens the heart, softens the mind, and prepares the body to receive the rest of the retreat’s teachings and experiences.

Many people describe these sessions as the moment everything “clicks” — when insights surface, emotions release, and a renewed sense of inner space appears.

4. Urban Retreat Breathwork (Zürich)

Designed for those who crave a reset but can’t escape the city, Irina’s urban retreat breathwork sessions offer a powerful pause in the middle of everyday life.

Held seasonally in Zürich, these practices help you step out of the noise and back into your inner clarity, even if only for a few hours.

The breath becomes a gateway to recalibration — inviting grounding, emotional release, and a quieter nervous system.

It’s a simple yet profound way to feel renewed without travelling far.

Why Breathwork with Irina is Different

Intuitive Support

Irina is not a protocol-driven facilitator.

She listens — deeply.

Clients often arrive wanting one thing, but Irina intuitively recognises what their body truly needs.
Often they leave saying:

“This is exactly what I didn’t know I needed.”

Her work is not mechanical, ibut relational, intuitive and attuned.

She blends Eastern wisdom, modern breathwork, energetic presence and profound care.
