Sound Baths & Sound Healing
A space to breathe, soften, remember yourself.
Sound has always been part of Irina’s work – not as decoration, but as medicine.
Using ancient Tibetan bowls and carefully chosen instruments gathered from India, Nepal, Bali and beyond, she creates soundscapes that invite the body to soften, the nervous system to down-shift, and the mind to let go.
Whether on its own or woven into yoga and breathwork, sound becomes a way of touching the places words cannot reach.

How Irina Works with Sound
Irina’s sound baths are slow, intentional and deeply restorative.
Rather than performing, she listens – to the room, to the group field, to the subtle shifts in breath and energy.
She works primarily with:
Her favourite way to offer sound is after Yin or restorative yoga, when the body has opened meridians and fascial lines. In this state, sound travels differently – people often report that the vibrations feel as though they are moving through old memories, emotions and layers of tension.
Who Is This Work For?
Irina supports a wide range of clients, but many share similar stories:
-
High-performing professionals who feel overwhelmed or burnt out
-
People navigating emotional transitions or feeling stuck
-
Individuals who “can’t switch off”
-
Those seeking rest, clarity, and connection after years of stress
-
Clients who need a safe, gentle space to process what their bodies have been holding
Whether you’re new to breathwork or experienced, her approach meets you exactly where you are.
Ways to Experience Sound with Irina

Transition into deep rest, lying comfortably while sound moves through the space
-
Ideal for nervous system reset, emotional processing and deep sleep support
This is one of her most loved offerings, both in Zürich and on retreat.

2. Pure Sound Bath
For those who simply want to lie down and receive.
-
You rest, fully clothed, usually lying on a mat with blankets and props for comfort
-
Irina plays ancient bowls and instruments around you, guiding you only when needed
-
A spacious option for groups, private bookings or special occasions
Perfect if you feel overstimulated, mentally tired or simply in need of quiet nourishment.

3. One-to-One Sound Healing & Sound Massage
For more personal work, Irina offers individual sound sessions.
-
Bowls may be placed on or around the body to transmit vibration directly into tissues
-
The focus can be grounding, heart-opening, emotional release or deep relaxation
-
Sessions are tailored to your current state, intentions and nervous-system capacity
This work can be especially supportive during periods of grief, burnout, or life transition.

4. Sound for Events, Ceremonies & Special Occasions
Sound baths can also be woven into:
-
baby showers and blessing circles
-
hens’ gatherings and friendship ceremonies
-
team-building days, off-sites and retreats
-
community events or themed evenings
Irina designs each session to match the tone of the occasion – from playful and uplifting to deeply inward and ceremonial.

What to Expect in a Sound Bath
-
Most sessions last between 60–90 minutes
-
You’ll be guided into a comfortable resting position with blankets, bolsters and cushions
-
Irina explains what will happen, checks for any sensitivities, and offers simple ways to ground if emotions arise
-
You simply lie down, listen, feel and allow
-
At the end, there is gentle time to return, integrate and ask questions if needed
No experience is required. Many people attend their first sound bath feeling unsure or sceptical and leave with a sense of having “slept and journeyed” at the same time.
What Sound Work Can Support
